VW’s electrifying “one-seater” electric car at Frankfurt Motor Show
After confirming the production version of the up city car, VW is planning to reveal is one-seat experimental electric vehicle on September 8 in Berlin. There are no technical details released yet, but company ensures that this version will be even better than XL1 SEV
